she flagged down a deputy. and the deputy was seriously injured. this he were talking and that is when the hit and run driver ran off the median and into them. that 33-year-old woman was killed in the accident. the deputy seriously injured. we have been told, according to deputies. the arrest has been made hours ago. we're expected to learn here the name of the suspect that is responsible for the hit and run in which the 33-year-old was killed and seriously injured expected to make a recovery. >> that's all we know.
